UGO AI Studio provides users with a suite of AI-powered tools, including but not limited to AI chat, image generation, document analysis, and text generation (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from us, such as service announcements and administrative messages, and that these communications are considered part of the Service.

You are responsible for all content you generate and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
